Daisy May was running down the middle of our country road as fast and happily as she could! She loves living on the farm and is always full of herself!!
Gemma and Carly were rescued from a Houston shelter and are best friends. My sister drove down to get Gemma and as she was standing with the worker in front of Gemma's doggie run that had several dogs in it, Gemma came forward and sat and my sister got to talk to her ..... THEN Gemma did the unthinkable and stood up and backed up and sat down so that Carly could then come bouncing in front of her and meet my sister, too! You could see and feel the bond between the two of them! The worker and my sister were both standing there with their jaws dropped! How could my sister not get Carly too! They are both so sweet and loving! ..... and while we were out there looking online trying to tag Gemma to save her, I saw Tex and told my sister about him so she came home with him too! How could she not??? ... he's a charmer!
Tex was rescued with Gemma and Carly and stole my heart immediately! He walks like a cowboy .... so almost called him George (for the greatest cowboy ever!!) but Tex fits him so well! He is a charmer and a stinker since he does sometimes get into trouble and it's hard to get after him when he gives you his charming look .... and then Frankie comes to his rescue!
Frankie is a handsome blue-eyed fella who was rescued from a shelter. He is a total sweetheart with a heart of gold. He is always there for his best friend, Tex, and goes to him when he is in trouble! Frankie is my sister's dog and has stolen her heart! We were so fortunate to get him into our family!
Avery and Beaver were found on the road a few years ago. Avery is as sweet as can be. Beaver, on the other hand, was very scared and skiddish and has come a long way and has become a sweet, loving lap dog!... but still a little scared of strangers....but doing so much better with strangers! But so much fun to see his transformation!
Casey was found on the road and after spending an hour trying to catch her as she kept growling and showing her teeth .... has been sweet and loving .... until around strangers then her dark side comes out!
Finley was rescued from a shelter after the tv put out an announcement that the shelter was over max and needed dogs to be adopted. We hit the jackpot! I love my girl who is full of energy, love and shenanigans ... and pays attention to everything we do and say!
Jaxon was dropped off in front of our driveway as the white truck drove off and little Jaxon ran after it. He came back to our driveway and I went down to retrieve him. He was probably only 3 months old. He was a sweet little boy .... who has become a little bit of a challenge since he wants to be the leader of every dog here and run the show and he gets jealous .... but he can be a sweetheart.
